Description
Graphical model estimation using zero-inflated negative
binomial model for single cell RNA-seq data. The method contains two
steps: 1. estimate the moral graph using the neighborhood selection
based on the jointly penalized ZINB regression; 2. estimate the skeleton
of the graphical model using a modified PC-algorithm.
