Create a message (`msg`) from an event

Create a message (msg) from an event

msg(event, msg = NULL, channel = NULL)

`event`	`(list)` sole argument to the websocket `onMessage` callback
`msg`	`(character)` A message to be used if the event has no corresponding message
`channel`	`(character)` a default for channel if it cannot be assumed from the event. See `⁠\link[AlpacaforR]{event_channel}⁠`
