Usage

dnamalci(x, model = "dnamalc.144cpg")
Arguments
x
DNA methylation matrix (rows=CpG sites, columns=samples).
model
Model name from available list (dnamalci.models()).
Default is the 'dnamalc.144cpg' score.
Value
Scores derived for each sample in x.
