Arguments

x	Simulation number
M_ageArray	Array of M-at-age
Wt_age	Array of weight-at-age
Mat_age	Array of maturity-at-age
V	Array of selectivity-at-age
maxage	Vector of maximum age
R0	Vector of R0s
SRrel	SRR type
hs	Vector of steepness
yr.ind	Year index used in calculations
plusgroup	Integer. Default = 0 = no plus-group. Use 1 to include a plus-group
