Determine whether survey is based on representative sample

Description

Determines whether or not the survey was conducted among a representative sample of the electorate (i.e. drawn randomly).

Usage

is_representative(
  ballot_date = pal::pkg_config_val("ballot_date"),
  canton = cantons(ballot_date)
)

Arguments

ballot_date

FOKUS-covered ballot date. One of

canton
