RMRCE: Regularized Maximum Rank Correlation Estimator

Overview

This R package provides functions to fit RMRCE and perform cross validation to select the optimal tuning parameters for RMRCE.

RMRCE Installation

RMRCE software can be installed via Github. Users should have R installed on their computer before installing RMRCE. R can be downloaded here: http://www.r-project.org/. To install the latest version of RMRCE package via Github, run following commands in R:

  install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("zji90/RMRCE")
