Create a new CLR object

Usage

clrNew(typename, ...)

Arguments

typename	type name, possibly namespace and assembly qualified type name, e.g. 'My.Namespace.MyClass,MyAssemblyName'.
...	additional method arguments passed to the object constructor via the call to .External

Value

a CLR object
