IHA: This package implements The Nature Conservancy's Indicators of Hydrologic Alteration software in R.
The Nature Conservancy's web page at http://conserveonline.org/workspaces/iha describes the software and has illustrations of it's use. The IHA R package does not currently implement the EFC component of the software.
