nifti.fileinfo-class: Class "nifti.fileinfo"

Description

nifti.fileinof contains information necessary to open NIFTI/ANALYZE files.

Objects from the Class

Objects can be created by calls of the form new("nifti.fileinfo", ...).

Slots

fullpath:

Path of where the file is located.

filename:

Filename (without extension).

filetype:

NIFTI (.nii or .hdr/.img pair) or ANALYZE (.hdr/.img pair).

extension:

.nii or .hdr

gzipped:

Is the file gzipped?

endian:

Endianness.

Methods

slots:

Slots can be accessed via the standard accessor and replacment methods.
