clusterpathRcpp: Fast agglomerative convex clustering, original Rcpp implementation

Implements the clusterpath, a clustering method in which all the clusters are solutions to a convex optimization problem with fusion penalties. This package uses the original Rcpp bindings to wrap the C++ implementation.
