constants: Defines some physical constants and functions commonly used in optics, plasmonics.

Physical constants. Gold, silver and glass permittivities, together with spline interpolation functions. N and k / epsilon conversion both ways. energy/ wavelength conversion. Fano and Lorentzian functions, drude model.
