htmltools: R Tools for Producing HTML (Base64 Coding and R Interface to the tth/ttm TeX to HTML Translator)

This package provides various tools for producing HTML. In particular, R functions for decoding and encoding base64 in R are provided as well as wrappers to the command line utilities tth/ttm which allow for conversion of (La)TeX documents and snippets to HTML and MathML.
