Description

The function calculate the value of the RF measure.

Usage

get.RF.kmeans(network, nSim, groups, implFun, nCores = 0, ...)

Arguments

network	The (binary) network in a matrix form.
nSim	The number of randomized networks.
implFun	The name of the function to be used for blockmodeling. Currently implemented are options "omkm" and "omkmNrep" (from package dBlockmodeling) and "kmBlockORPC" (from package kmBlock).
nCores	The number of cores to be used by funcion kmBlockORPC.
...	Additional parameters for function omkm or kmBlockORPC.
