wtJonckheere: Non-parametric Jonckheere-Terpstra trend test on weighted data

This package provides a simple mechanism to calculate the Jonckheere-Terpstra (JT) statistic when data points are weighted. For each data point, multiple alternatives with different weights can be given. The JT statistic is used for permutation testing.
