An dataframe with 5 rows, used as unsorted with columns $Base $LRU (Line Replaceable Unit), $bLam (Demand rate for spare part at base), $bfT (Repair time at base), $Pbr (Probability of base repair), $transp (transport time to depot), $dTAT (TurnAround Time at depot), and C (Purchase cost part)
