date and time.

The number is generated by combining current seconds (S),
minutes (Mi), hours (H), days (D), months (Mo), years (Y) and golden
ratio (φ), in the form:
Num = (S * Mi + H * D * Mo / D) ^ φ
Value
An integer number.
