In atSNP: Affinity test for identifying regulatory SNPs
Description
This list object loaded by 'data(example)' contains two fields:
snp.tbl A data.frame containing the sequence of nucleobases around each
SNP.
motif.scores A data.frame containing the likelihood scores computed for
each SNP and each motif.
Format
A data.frame object.
