Descriptive: Boxplot with standardized data

Description

It makes a graph with the variables and/or treatments with the standardized data.

Usage

dispvar(
  data,
  trat = NULL,
  theme = theme_bw(),
  ylab = "Standard mean",
  xlab = "Variable",
  family = "serif",
  textsize = 12,
  fill = "lightblue"
)

Arguments

data

data.frame containing the response of the experiment.

trat

Numerical or complex vector with treatments

theme

ggplot2 theme (default is theme_bw())

ylab

Variable response name (Accepts the expression() function)

xlab

Treatments name (Accepts the expression() function)

family

Font family

textsize

Font size

fill

Defines chart color

Value

Returns a chart of boxes with standardized data
