The estimator is based on \insertCitefrei2017moment;textualAssetCorr, who introduced an analytic bias correction via Taylor series expansion. Additionally, the bias due to autocorrelated default time series can be corrected. Furthermore, additional bootstrap and jackknife bias corrections are implemented.
