Intialize the Namespace. Intended for internal use only.

.onLoad(libname, pkgname)
Arguments
libname
The library where the R package is installed.
pkgname
The name of the R package.
Details
Currently only sets correct functions for myPkgName and myLibPath and loads the JAGS module.
