ulThe youngest possible age that the nest could have been when first encounterd.
urThe oldest possible age that the nest could have been when first encounterd.
zlThe smallest possible number of time units from the first encounter date to the outcome date.
zrThe largest possible number of time units from the first encounter date to the outcome date.
cov1The first nest-specific covariate.
cov2The second nest-specific covariate.
The interval format is prefered if one has some additional information about encounter age and exposure interval other than visiting dates. The additional information may yield more precise intervals.
