Usage

.newOptimObj(methodObject, kernel, ...)

.newOptimObj(methodObject, lambda, suppress, ...)

Arguments

methodObject	object containing parameters needed by a weighted learning method
...	additional inputs passed to optimization routine.
lambda	tuning parameters
suppress	integer indicating screen print preferences
