  • The plot method has been removed: it was not really useful and required the addition of ggplot2 as a dependency of the package
  • The Ease class is replaced by the Metapopulation class, with some modifications

• Enhancement:

  • Added a new way of defining selection, through selection formulas associating a fitness value with allelic combinations.
  • Possible definition of several populations with migration, under potentially different selection regimes
  • A feature to produce a customised output
  • New, more user-friendly way of defining mutations
