MGM Errors by Group

Description

Fits Mixed Graphical Models and extracts errors for each group.

Usage

mgm_errors_groups(data, type, level, group, columns)

Arguments

data	Data frame containing the data.
type	Character vector of variable types.
level	Integer vector of variable levels.
group	Unquoted grouping variable name.
columns	Character vector of column names to analyze.

Value

A named list with one tibble per group, holding the RMSE, R2, CC and nCC of each variable (in the order of columns).
