Description

Summarises nonparametric bootstrap results for network edges from bootnet.

Usage

summarise_nonparametric_edges(
  nonParametricBoot,
  stat_type = "edge",
  probs = c(0.025, 0.975),
  quiet = TRUE
)

Arguments

nonParametricBoot	A bootnet nonparametric bootstrap object.
stat_type	Character, type of statistic to summarise (default "edge").
probs	Numeric vector of length 2 for confidence interval quantiles.
quiet	Logical, suppress printing.

Value

A data frame with edge bootstrap summary statistics.
