PAGI-internal: PAGI internal functions

In PAGI: The package can identify the dysregulated KEGG pathways based on global influence from the internal effect of pathways and crosstalk between pathways.

Description

These are functions internally called by other functions in the package PAGI and not meant to be called by the user.
