Find the number of clusters by the standard Silhouette statistics. The cluster is hierarchical.
silh.clus(nClus, distanceMatrix, method)
nClus |
Maximum number of groups. |
distanceMatrix |
Matrix of distances. |
method |
Hierarchical method "single", "average","complete". |
A list containing:
nClus - Number of groups
list - Silhouette statistics for each value of nclus.
