mcpv.function(obs.stat, ms.stat, direction)
Arguments
obs.stat
The observed testing statistics.
ms.stat
The Monte Carlo testing statistics.
direction
The comparative direction of observed testing statistics and the Monte Carlo testing statistics.
Value
The p-values of observations will be returned.
