In anonymizer: Anonymize Data Containing Personally Identifiable Information

#' Anonymize a vector.
#'
#' \code{anonymize} anonymizes a vector \code{.x} by first salting it with
#'  \code{\link{salt}} and then hashing it with \code{\link{hash}}. See
#'  both functions for additional documentation.
