Usage

combined_buyer_monthly(

)

Arguments

county	Filter the data to only this county (e.g. 'Mingo')
state	Filter the data to county within this state (e.g. 'WV')
year	Filter the data to county within this state (e.g. 'WV')
key	Key needed to make query successful
