dllogis | R Documentation |
Density, distribution function, quantile function, and random generation for the log logistic distribution. The corresponding code for these functions as well as the manual information included here is attributed to Christophe Pouzat's STAR Package (archived 2022-05-23).
dllogis(x, location = 0, scale = 1, log = FALSE)
pllogis(q, location = 0, scale = 1, lower.tail = TRUE, log.p = FALSE)
qllogis(p, location = 0, scale = 1, lower.tail = TRUE, log.p = FALSE)
rllogis(n, location = 0, scale = 1)
x , q |
vector of quantiles. |
p |
vector of probabilities. |
n |
number of observations. If |
location , scale |
location and scale parameters (non-negative numeric). |
lower.tail |
logical; if |
log , log.p |
logical; if |
If location
or scale
are omitted, they assume the
default values of 0 and 1 respectively.
The log-logistic distribution with location = m
and scale
= s
has distribution function
\mathrm{F}(x) = \frac{1}{1+ \exp(-\frac{\log (x) - m}{s})}
and density
f(x)=\frac{1}{s \, x} \frac{\exp (-\frac{\log (x) - m}{s})}{(1+ \exp(-\frac{\log (x) - m}{s}))^2}
.
dllogis
gives the density, pllogis
gives the
distribution function, qllogis
gives the quantile function
and rllogis
generates random deviates.
