In coreheat: Correlation Heatmaps
Example dataset
Example datasets can be found at coreheat/inst/extdata or can be obtained from the example data directory at github.
A dataset consisting of 333 patients with primary prostate cancer was downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) via the cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics and two subsets were created, PrCaTCGASample.txt containing genes commonly associated with cancer, and PrCaTCGASample_5000.txt containing 500 genes selected at random.
