Low level interface function to the IBM ILOG CPLEX function

getVersionCPLEX(env)
Arguments
env
An object of class "cplexPtr" as returned by
openEnvCPLEX. This is basically a pointer to an
IBM ILOG CPLEX environment.
Details
Interface to the C function getVersion which calls the CPLEX
function getVersionCPLEX.
Value
Single character string specifying the version of the cplex library or
NULL if the environment does not exist.
