A widget is enabled if it is sensitive to user input

enabled(obj)

## Default S3 method:
enabled(obj)

enabled(obj) <- value

enabled(obj) <- value

`obj`	object
`value`	logical

logical indicating if widget is enabled

if value is logical and FALSE widget will be insensitive to user input and rendered in a muted state.
