Description
Low level interface function to the GLPK function glp_mpl_alloc_wksp.

Usage
mplAllocWkspGLPK(ptrtype = "tr_wksp")
Arguments
ptrtype
A name for the pointer to a translator workspace.
Details
Interface to the C function mplAllocWksp which calls the GLPK
function glp_mpl_alloc_wksp.
Value
An instance of class "glpkPtr".
