Convert empirical structural function to gmEVario format

Description

Convert empirical covariance functions or variograms to the format gmEVario of package gmGeostats

Usage

## S3 method for class 'gstatVariogram'
as.gmEVario(vgemp, ...)

## S3 method for class 'logratioVariogram'
as.gmEVario(vgemp, ...)

## S3 method for class 'logratioVariogramAnisotropy'
as.gmEVario(vgemp, ...)

as.gmEVario(vgemp, ...)

## Default S3 method:
as.gmEVario(vgemp, ...)

Arguments

vgemp

variogram/covariance function to be converted

...

further parameters

Value

the empirical covariance function or variogram, recasted to class gmEVario. This is a generic function. Methods exist for objects of class logratioVariogramlogratioVariogramAnisotropy (for compositional data) and gstatVariogram (from package gstat).

  • gstatVariogram: gstatVariogram method not yet available

  • logratioVariogram: logratioVariogram method not yet available

  • logratioVariogramAnisotropy: logratioVariogramAnisotropy method not yet available

  • default: default method
