Usage
newsp(gridObj, res = NULL)

Arguments
gridObj
(trigrid or hexagrid) An icosahedral grid.
res
(numeric) The number of points inserted between two vertices, passed to SpPolygons.
Value
A trigrid or hexagrid object with the new @sp slot.
