Arguments
ResourceArn
[required] The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the CloudWatch resource that you want
to set tags for.
The ARN format of an Application Signals SLO is
arn:aws:cloudwatch:Region:account-id:slo:slo-name

Tags
