Description
Constructs a closure that returns interpolated values based on sex and age.
Internally selects from precomputed interpolation functions.
Usage
mkfun_sex_age(vname, param)
Arguments
vname
Character. Variable name (e.g., "bmi", "waist").
param
Character. Distribution parameter (e.g., "mu", "sigma").
Value
A function with signature '(sex, age)' returning interpolated values.
