Create a Sex-, Age-, and Height-Specific Interpolation Function
Description
Constructs a closure for interpolating values that depend on sex, age, and height.
Chooses appropriate internal spline function based on 'vname' and 'param'.
Usage
mkfun_sex_age_height(vname, param)
Arguments
vname
Character. Variable name (e.g., "bmi", "waist").
param
Character. Distribution parameter (e.g., "mu", "sigma").
Value
