Calculate deuteration curves
Description
Create a list of deuteration curves from a list of spectra
Usage
get_deuteration_curves_from_spectra(spectra)
Arguments
spectra
list created by get_spectra_list
and add_noise_to_spectra functions.
Details
From each spectrum provided in the list spectra the deuterium
uptake will be calculated. This function uses
get_deuteration_curve_single_spectrum.
Value
list of lists of data.tables
