Setup PCA config.

Usage

setup_PCA(k = 3L, center = TRUE, scale = TRUE, tol = NULL, features = NULL)

Arguments

k	Integer [1, Inf): Number of components. (passed to prcomp rank.)
center	Logical: If TRUE, center the data.
scale	Logical: If TRUE, scale the data.
tol	Optional Numeric [0, Inf): Tolerance.
features	Optional Character vector: Names of at least 2 distinct feature columns to decompose. NULL decomposes all numeric features.

PCAConfig object.
