ARMCD text - Planned Arm Code
ARM text - Description of Planned Arm
TAETORD integer - Order of Element within Arm
ETCD text - Element Code
ELEMENT text - Description of Element
TABRANCH text - Branch
TATRANS text - Transition Rule
EPOCH text - Epoch
