VISITNUM float - Visit Number
VISIT text - Visit Name
VISITDY integer - Planned Study Day of Visit
ARMCD text - Planned Arm Code
ARM text - Description of Planned Arm
TVSTRL text - Visit Start Rule
TVENRL text - Visit End Rule
