Builds a RothC transfer matrix. Parameters taken from \insertCiteColeman1996;textualsorcering.

)
Arguments
clay
double. Soil clay content in %.
Value
fget_A_RothC() returns a \mjeqn5\times 55X5 matrix that contains RothC specific carbon transfer parameters based on clay content.
