In tidysdm: Species Distribution Models with Tidymodels

• add interoperability with stars (thanks to @btupper)
• fixed inverted plots for explain_tidysdm when plotting for all workflows.
• when using explain_tidysdm with a recipe that contains steps, data have to be passed explicitly to the data argument
