Process multiple IMD files

Description

Reads and combines multiple IMD data files.

Usage

process_imd_files(
  file_paths,
  var_type,
  resolution = NULL,
  years = NULL,
  bbox = NULL
)

Arguments

file_paths	Character vector of file paths.
var_type	Variable type: "rain", "tmax", or "tmin".
resolution	Resolution (for rainfall): 0.25 or 1.0.
years	Integer vector. The year of each file.
bbox	Optional named list or vector (north, south, east, west). The function sends it to the rainfall reader, which crops the grid at read time. If NULL, the function reads the full grid (default).

Value

A data.frame with columns date, latitude, longitude and the value column (rainfall or temperature), combining all files.
