This function uses ncdf4 to read the file quickly. If ncdf4 fails, it uses stars.
Usage
process_netcdf_to_dataframe(netcdf_file)
Arguments
netcdf_file
Path to the NetCDF file, as a character string
Value
data.frame with processed climate data
