downloadEnvData(header, returndata = TRUE, filename = NULL)
Arguments
header
the header file outputted by uploadEnvDataRequest
returndata
whether to return the data directly
filename
filename (and location) to save annotated data to. If left empty, user will be prompted.
Value
the annotated data frame
