Format
A data.table with 11023 rows and 8 variables:
- objID: gene number in the PolyLinkR pathwat set
- objStat: log-transformed gene-length standardised CLR score
- objName: HGNC gene name
- GeneLength: gene length
- chr: chromosome
- startpos: start position of the gene
- endpos: end position of the gene
- strand: strand the gene is encoded on
